Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
